To request deletion of your personal information, please contact us using one of the methods below.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing the request to ensure your data is only accessed, deleted or disclosed on your authority.
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise:
We may retain certain information where required or authorised by law, including for taxation, regulatory, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution purposes. Any retained information will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy until lawful disposal.
If you have connected a Facebook Page or Instagram business account to Brolly and wish to revoke Brolly’s access directly through Meta, you may do so at any time.
Revoking access through Meta will stop Brolly from retrieving any further data from your connected account.
To request deletion of data previously archived or stored by Brolly, please also submit a deletion request using the contact methods above.
We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable timeframe and complete deletion within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement within five business days, please contact us again at privacy@brolly.com.au.
